Good news - I got this reply from 4wp today: “Our running boards shouldn’t prevent the use of mud flaps. But we never cleared fitment for them. They don’t get very close to where mud flaps would mount.” I plan on buying a set of non-$400/pair of mud flaps to sport with my 4wp sidesteps!
