Well chat was no help, no date given but said "it's in production" . Looking at both the Backdoor Link and the Ford Tracker, they both have the "In Production" circles "filled", not checked. The tracker says I can view the WS but it keeps coming back as not released yet. Situation normal...

I believe Ford considers an order "accepted" when they schedule it and assign a VIN. Until then it's just a placed order waiting, and waiting, and waiting....
