Seems to me that the strut somehow failed to collapse, stayed stiff when closing and caused the glass to shatter from the pressure, which also bent the strut. I will from now on close my rear glass slooowly
A 0 offset rim would be equivalent to what i have running the 1" spacer. OEM SAS rims are +30 offset. The 1" spacer puts me at around a 0 offset. I have tire poke, beyond the non SAS fenders (which I prefer). If I had SAS fenders my tires would be flush or very near.
@Brian_B I'm running a Ford Performance Bilstein 2" lift on my truck. Whenever loaded or towing my trucks sags about an inch or more in the rear. I'm thinking about installing adjustment coilovers just in the rear, do you think this would be ok?

Apparently there are a slew of accessories that you can add to it...aluminum box, side ladder etc:

Interesting. What are your highway long distance mileage numbers? How accurate is your mileage correction...did you update via Forscan? Do you have the 2.7? Your rig is a bit more loaded than mine, especially the exterior, I don't have a winch etc. I'm only a couple of months in, let's see what...
Black Diamond build has 4.46 gears. Day to day driving and acceleration is fine. Still plenty of power, acceleration and speed...for an offroad vehicle on 37s. I mean honestly this is a dream to be able to achieve these mpg numbers with this setup.
My lady is 5'3 and does complain a little. My original Territory 315s had about 25k miles on them, I sold the set for $625 after installing the K02s. Also, with the roof rails mounted, the truck fits inside my garage with a standard 7' height....barely with about 1/2" clearance.
Zero rubbing full lock. Since I am running OEM SAS rims, I also have 1" wheel spacers, which puts the offset at 0. I'll remove the spacer after upgrading the rims with a negative offset in the coming months
Just sharing my experience after moving to 37s on a non-sas Black Diamond. Someone recently posted a thread about an unexpected gas mileage increase after moving to 37s. I believe they had a Wildtrack? Anyway, I recently up'd my '24 non-sas BD to 37 K02s from 315 takeoff. I'm now seeing on...
Requesting a Jeep style windjammer for the Bronco 4dr. I had one for my Jkur that covered the entire cargo and backseat area with backseats folded down. The windjammer wind-block connected to the cargo area cover via a slide-in channel and snaps.
I've searched near and far but the only Bronco...
Are they making you return the failed lights everytime?? Man the time and labor of packaging, mailing, removing and reinstalling a set of headlights just isn't worth it IMO. Used OEM signatures are cheap nowadays.. I hope this 5th set works out for you!
Hell I have a BD non SAS with a puck lift and 35s. I regularly drive 90+ and it's very stable, Never felt uneasy or 'wiggly'. 80mph is cruising speed around these parts. Surely a suspension upgrade beyond my stock BD shocks and springs would be even better!
