Messaged Ford reps twice using tool and they still say “Awaiting Shipment”
Delivery window changed-07/26-07/31.
Called for status of railcar i was given- scheduled for delivery at Blue Island Illinois 07/26. Since that’s not the final destination is it fair to say “delivery” at this point...
I just called CSX at (877) 744-7279 and my bronco is in Ohio. The delivery date of July 25 has not changed. We shall see if it holds.
Also, system has still not updated. I am inclined at this point to think they are just going to update with “Delivered” as has been the case with others.
No it has not updated. I was told that the system updates after a scan at the first transit point which tells me that mine is pretty early in the process. So, if you get an email then your bronco already has a head-start.
Also, i will refresh my browser after midnight to see if there is some...
BREAKING NEWS! Things are finally happening! Called Ford and was told that vehicle was in transit vis rail! Loaded Wildtrak, 3.0, lux, modular bumper etc

The “choir” i am preaching to, Ford, is not singing at all. The customers are the audience and the choir, Ford, needs to start singing.
And like I stated, the paradox here is that this is the cheapest fix. If a company is running a business in which the average client will spend and average...
Have you noticed lately that when you get on the phone with a Ford Customer Service Rep or on the chat site you almost immediately feel like you are about to waste your time because they will regurgitate the talking point and refer you to shop.ford…? Lately, i have started preempting them by...
Essentially Ford through its Customer Service Reps talking points is borderline slandering carriers(rail companies and convoys) over an issue that has nothing to do with transportation.
