Maybe they program the "module" separately before it gets installed in the truck? Just speculation, I have no idea

Got the 4/22 email, June 21st scheduled production. Reserved opening night within 2 hrs, ordered in feb 4 door, race red, Badlands, 2.3/7MT non-sas, Mic top, tow pkg, high pkg Pretty stoked, thanks to everyone here who helped with info and pics, I've been waiting for this since 1996!

Brush guard is not allowed on black diamond with the sasquach package but appears to be on other trims including basesquatch

No Mid package with Manual transmission apparently, and no sasquatch with manual

Nice to see other millennials love to drive manual as well, as of this post more for the 7M than not! It would be interesting to see a parallel poll of preference if they offered all trims and packages for both Auto and Manual like we thought sasquatch was going to be. I see quite a few...

World Ford Pensacola, FL said verbally they are MSRP no more, no less. $800 Doc fees + taxes, tag. Follow up has been very good so far.

Thanks, that is good to know since they are much closer. I was not able to reserve with Gary Smith Ford on Ford's website on launch night so I had to go with one in Pensacola who doesn't have any info yet for me. I will try to switch over as the time to order gets closer.

Moving to the Destin area in the fall, have never been to the area. I reserved 2 different local dealerships hopefully one is reasonable with no ADM or fees. Is there any beach 4x4 camping allowed in FL?

Kind of seems like they have someone trying to limit but they put the effort into providing a stick shift with these trucks (for which I am very grateful) but are limiting the options you can get them. I hope this isn't a self fulfilling prophecy with low sales to kill the manual transmission...

I didn't see anything in OP's preferences about transmission for his 4dr, but since you mention Big Bend is 7MT, as far as I know the base 4 door is only available in automatic no 7MT, which is why I am not considering Base, otherwise base 4dr would be a good option for me.

I joined this forum in part because like many of you I am disappointed that the manual is being offered on ever diminishing trims/options. This morning saw that it looks like you can't get a base 4-door 7MT either. Please Ford, Manual Sasquach needs to be an option for all trims and models...

It looks like BFG All-Terrains on the 4-door, can anyone read if those are 33's or 35's? I didn't think you could get the 35 All-Terrains on any trim, but these proportions look good Thanks

Maybe this was already answered elsewhere, but I saw the list of excluded options in another thread...Do we know for certain that the 4-door base does not have the 7MT available?
