Called my dealer today, they say I have a May build date and they can see my vin (they said they would email me my vin). Day 2 res, nov '21 order-basequatch manual. Backdoor link shows it is not scheduled.
I can already hear (someones) dealer saying "oh yeah some people have mentioned that from Ford but we havent heard anything about it, we aren't doing that here. Same BS my dealer fed me about the Demo unit they keep on their showroom, they claim "Ford wont even let us drive that".
2.7 manual would be AWESOME. I understand though if the transmission isn't rated for it, it wouldn't pay for Ford to develop/buy an additional tranny when the volume of both would be so low with two manual options. Sorry to hear about wife's focus man...that sucks. It will be interesting to see...
Makes me all the more secure moving my order to 22/23 to get the options I want (7spd and sasquatch), probably would not have gotten my base base second day res this year anyway. Not a good look for Ford...
Lift is from the rubber, wheel arches look pretty stuffed not to say crash bars are not rubbing. Base bronco has the same wheel arches as every other trim
Yeah that is what it seems like, easier for them to act like no one can drive it than to explain it is just their policy so they dont have to wash it and wipe it down as much and serve window shoppers.
Very nice bronco, excited to see the add on parts! My dealer has a mannequin bronco upfitted with the roof rack, off road recovery pads. It is sitting on the showroom, has a vin, proper window sticker, and they claim that even they cant drive it and customers are not allowed to test drive this...
