UPDATE: Spoke to my dealer this morning and Ford's system is showing the railcar (and my Bronco) still in Michigan. It seems to magically be in two places, however...when I called Norfolk Southern this morning, it's now in Jacksonville, FL (closer to me than it was last night). The dealer...

I'm with ya, brother. Ford needs better systems integration for its tracking and tracing. The disparity between the various sites and systems is insane. Not a great customer experience to say the least. That said, I'll just be happy when I get the damn thing and I realize obsessively tracking it...
