Let us know, there are quite a few of us looking for a Braptor without paying an obscene ADM. Worst case scenario, buy it and sell it at-cost or for a slight mark up to someone on this forum.
Depends on your area. Some people will say the wildtrak is still appreciating in value due to constraints. I am watching a 2023 wildtrak and a badlands SAS sit on a lot nearby at MSRP.
Already got the Big Bend last year during peak ADM for MSRP from the same dealer, and it was a cancellation. This dealership is really good to its clients, I have a signed invoice for the Braptor with PP from them. So Ford will honor the PP if the dealership has an invoice, but it's ultimately...
I can't speak for all dealerships, but some utilize a program that auto populates inbound vehicles on their website, which they can't take down immediately. My local dealership slaps a "SOLD" sign over it, or in one case, put a used 2021 Ford Bronco Sport as the main picture.
I look through autotrader and cars.com quite often (once every other day) looking for low mark ups. If you click on the carfax report for most of these you will see multiple car auctions/dealerships but one owner. I have a whole paper I could write on the pricing and transitions of Braptors...
I also believe they will continue building until the end of the year, but I don't think anyone besides a few dozen high ranking Ford employees with signed NDAs have any idea on how many Ford can/will produce for MY23 given the constant setbacks.
If I inferred correctly, he is saying that trying...
Anyone who thought Braptors would/will sell at MSRP any time soon did not do their research on the historic trends of F-150 Raptors. They can be found at MSRP (minus 37 or R) now but the price has gone up significantly over the last 13 years. However, nobody (besides maybe the Ford finance and...
This is my understanding as well. Mothership calls down and says "Send us your priority build". Nobody, not even Ford, knows how many more Braptors they can build this year. Some dealerships, like the infamous one in Alabama, processed like 20+ Braptor orders because they just left the ability...
Yea, I have already decided if I get bumped to MY24, I will not pursue it. It comes down to the price I am willing to pay for a vehicle at this stage of my life. I will be paying for the entire thing in cash. If I pass it up, I'll dump the money elsewhere and approach it again in 3-4 years or...
I spoke with your rep and almost pulled the trigger. The only reason I did not is because I have an order with a local dealer for 5k ADM, with a decent chance of getting built this year. I'm just impatient for Q3/Q4 projections.
Not true. Contract law is a real thing, just not often affordable to pursue. Here are some facts from another case in Utah:
"I finally have an update and it’s truly been a roller coaster ride. After Ed Kenley Ford sold the bronco I got involved with Utah's department of commerce. This ended up...
There have been a few instances in similar situations with a signed agreement where the buyer came out on top. You are in a much better position then 90% of the "surprise ADM" stories. Especially when the States Department of Commerce got involved and mother Ford sends notification to the...
That is a great looking Bronco. The best custom job I have seen yet. The simplicity in minor changes gives it a great retro/6G blend. Who painted the custom job/was it expensive?
I've been a lurker on here for a while and registered today just to reply to your post. Here is a final post from another Bronco Forum who had a dealership purposely sell their Bronco order after the customer left a poor review:
"I finally have an update and it’s truly been a roller coaster...
