My kids don’t care about Broncos but they both prefer the MGV to the leather in my wife’s Subaru Ascent. They say it feels better and warms up/cools down faster. It’s also less slippery.
It has nothing to do with the gear ratios. Automatic transmissions can cover for a lot. Every non-sas below Badlands has smaller axles front and rear. Ford wouldn't have put bigger axles on their 35" tire package if they thought the cheaper axles could support them.
I'm confounded by people putting 35s on the lower end axles then acting surprised when stuff doesn't work. Ford offered heavier duty axles with 35" tires. Going big on small axles is just crazy to me.

The outer step can be removed on the bronco raptor leaving a rock rail that looks sturdier than what we have on the current bronco. I wonder if they can be added to the current model.
