Looks like the 2/4-door toggle is not showing up. May've been disabled purposefully due to 4-door reservation capacity being met or could just be a bug. Interesting regardless.

Ok cool. I'll just keep an eye out. If it doesn't show up, hopefully the screenshot will cover it, and maybe Ford's site will show my reservation under my account info if that part of the site recovers tomorrow.

No, I don't think so. I got a confirmation page with a reservation number eventually.

I think that is a failure/error response indicating request throttling. i.e. Their stuff is getting hammered so much that lots of requests are being rejected in order to keep the services up and alive. But that makes it look like stuff is down.

I got that point as well, and kept refreshing and/or going back one page until it eventually did work. Could be worth a try.

Worth a shot if you've done anything in that session to reset the state. If your non-incognito session is borked anyway, you could do it there. From what I saw, their authentication service in particular seemed to be a pain point as well as the dealer lookup. Both responding with HTTP 503...
