The guys are welding up all these bumpers right now. Already have a few finished up.
The only thing we are waiting on is the billet shackles which I CNC on our Haas in-house. I leave for my honeymoon tomorrow but as soon as I get back next Wednesday, I'll be finishing those up.
We are hoping...
Our Memorial Day sale starts tonight at 8pm EST and runs through the end of the day Monday. Will probably be the only sale we have until Black Friday for those looking to grab a bumper.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
The sale is through www.truenorthfabrications.com

In other news, group buy bumpers are getting close to hitting the weld tables. I'll try to grab some...
This is not correct. The latch is bolted to an L-shaped bracket that is welded to the swingout tube. When closed the swingout rests on the shell of the bumper and the latch does not hold any of the weight of the swingout. This also makes sure that the hinge assembly isn't being bent when...
Anyone that has the bumper currently and wants an updated frame support for the passenger swingout, please send an email to the support email ([email protected]) with your order number. That way its in the system and the guys will get it taken care of.

Once these bolts are loose, it is easy to bend the t-handle lock on the hinge since the weight...
We got hardware in today to do countersunk/fush hardware for the skid plate. Should have some photos tomorrow. Bronco is getting detailed today.
I'll shoot you a private message back here shortly.
Some photos of our prototype 3/16" aluminum skid plate and camera relocated.
Don't mind the zip-tied resis. Lost my mounts when I did the body mount chop.
Openings are large enough for just about any cube light on the market. For those Baja Design fans, you should be able to run an XL80, Squadron, and S2 in each wing.
A little of both. Since the bumper sits so high, it makes the Bronco look big compared to other low-hanging bumpers. This bronco is also lifted about 1.5" with 37" tires.
