    So the GMRS license is just a paper and 35.00 drill. Ham is much more taxing with test I think. I got my GMRS so sweet! Took 24 hours to get my call sign and license. Don’t ask me what it is., LOL not memorized yet.

    I had issues with mine not fitting right around the antenna, they warrantee replaced it but it was still not really like I wanted it....FLAT. so I put Dual Pod mount setup and it flattened in right now like it was supposed to be....LOL

  13. New update, Apple car play won’t connect

    Yes I had to disconnect battery. Walk away with key fob and come back in 5 min. Once it all came Back on I was able to connect to the head unit. Also I deleted my phone from the head unit before the battery disconnect.

    On my list also. Thanks for sharing. I trust mishimoto, had their stuff on my F450. Had an issue (mount not in the right spot, which I made work) and they replaced the unit.

    You did the right thing. Now contact ford with the same full explain action and ask for help in making it right. Might not get money but might get something.
