It's a fully refundable $100. There's little to no risk. I know plenty of folks who reserved because they could, not because they plan on actually going through with it (although some might). Anecdotal, sure, but I have a feeling it's not an atypical situation.
I've used one of the Koons dealers for a lot of the service on my last Mustang (2017), but never a buying experience. If this is made up to drive reservations to that specific dealer I'd probably never use a Koons to buy, ever.
If you only have 1 reservation I recommend calling around to the listed dealers and trying to get something in writing regarding ADM. That way you can make a second reservation and then play the dealers off each other.
Litigation would be very interesting with this tbh.

Yeah, the phone rep I spoke with said this policy was actually changed and you can't change it whatsoever. They referenced the MACH-E process as a reason why they changed it, was that a nightmare?
