Yeah, im down in PC, we hit 8* sustained for a couple days straight in Arkansas and i started appying to jobs in warmer areas.. One stuck, so here we are lol
I need some trails soon, so if a ride pops up soon, let us know
I put a block of wood between the body and frame that was slightly snug. even with the mount unbolted and then cut out, the block of wood was the exact same amount of snugness. it didnt sag at all..
i cut the bracket out, put the max tire mount in place, bolted it to the body, tacked in place...
I did similar on my sasquatch badlands.. 2" front strut spacer, 1.75" rear strut relocation, 1.5" wheel spacer (equates out to about a -8mm offset), and did the max tire clearance kit prior to getting the tires..
Tires stuff nicely into the wheel wells:
and whole system works beautifully offroad
most people probably limit it to 6-8 hours in a day.. I will be running 16 hours this friday night into Saturday, stay a few days, then run 16 hours back home on Monday into Tuesday. It would be impractical to sit and charge for 1-2 hours x 3 times on those runs
Yeah.. brain fart. Volt was it. The tech was ahead of its time. now people have seen the cruddy mileage and lack of road-tripability from a standard EV, the fuel/electric hybrids can now shine.
If you get bored, look up Edison Motors. They acted upon the idea after Telsa dropped the ball on...
Yeah, Yelp does not allow businesses to delete their reviews. Yelp will step in if they see a massive flood of attacks, but will only act if necessary.
Some of us (me) knew EV was NOT the future. the future I see is a fuel/electric hybrid. Current modern examples would be any modern locomotive, or even the Chevy Cruise Volt (Brain fart). small efficient generator, small-ish battery pack, elecric motors.
the current EV's have field tested...
I havent had any issues out of customer service, even with a second hand rack.
it is quite noisy with a soft top, but i guess it comes with the territory.. Im going to remove the wind deflector and see if that helps any
@Hooke Road® Here is Shadow back this winter. She will be 10 in October and not doing super hot health-wise these days. We are doing everything in our power to make sure she is comfortable and living her best life for as long as we can. She is the worlds best co-pilot.

We were glad to be a part of this awesome event this year!
We ended up driving the 15 hours back to Arkansas Sunday into this morning, and I’m on my way back now with a load of stuff. Can’t wait to hang out again!
