@Ltjb8 Yes, it's there with a status of "pending". I don't remember exactly when it appeared, but it has been like that for weeks, maybe months. It was something I started checking once I had my VIN.

OK, I was just trying to give you a glimmer of hope. For me, the VIN website shows mine as "Built", the Reservation website is still stuck "In Production". I have tried multiple devices, browsers, cleaned cache, history, etc.

My Estimated Delivery Date chandged from 01/20 to 02/05 on 01/25. Then the page updated on 01/27 to "Built" (on 01/26). Where do you see the "delivery window"? I only see a single date from this website: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking

I must have refreshed at the perfect time. It is back in production on my phone now. :( Ford giveth, and Ford taketh away.
