Nah⦠just long term storage while Iām assigned overseas Iām afraid⦠nice to have it waiting in a couple years when I get back⦠in the meantime I have to live vicariously through you all and make due with a Ranger out here..
Im really pleased with the entire interior setup, functionality, and quality. Hoping it transfers over to the Bronco on a refresh or redesign. They even found a workaround for the headlight knob. Itās still completely out of view at the driverās knee but they added a graphic on the drivers info...
With the Badlands mothballed and a need to get away for a bit here, did a little exploring in the substitute yesterday. Nothing like a little high speed (100-110 Km/h) desert running over washboard surfaces before dumping into deep, red sand⦠only to be followed by a bed of course rock. Did some...
Congrats! Did that last March with mine. Feel like I got the last 2 Door Antimatter Blue Badlands on the planet. It was equipped the way I wanted and had been modified at the original customer request by the dealership only for the customer to walk away. I was ok with what they did and the money...
I stumbled onto mine at MSRP plus the cost of dealer installed mods (hood scoop, leveling kit, wheels & tires, fender flares.) Mods and vehicle specs were at the request of original order customer who walked away before delivery. Dealership was stuck with the custom vehicle and the money theyād...
We sold the house, Tacoma, and Jeep (although I wanted to ship it⦠it just got to be too much of a hassle.) The Bronco was too much of a unicorn and we went through a lot to get it so we chose to store it. Will be there when we come in on R&Rs as well as end of assignment.
Now if I can only...
Nice!! Over here they have one called the Everest which is most comparable to the explorer but is on the ranger frame. Sort of combines the explorer and the Bronco. There were a lot of angry folks though when the new generation was introduced because folks were REALLY hoping the Bronco would be...
Not as long as you might think. Biggest adjustment is looking the right direction for oncoming traffic before pulling out or crossing the street. Iāve been doing this so long itās a pretty easy switch when I travel.
Thanks! The stitching is more of a tan than the orange like whatās in a Badlands Bronco. Not a bad touch with the black interior and the aluminum (pronounced ah-loo- min-ee-um here) metallic paint. Steering wheel feels just like the Bronco.
