You're not alone. There's several threads on this forum with people in the same boat. I also got a delay email from Ford, and never got the original build email... I would check with your dealership to confirm the build date. If you finally did get an email, the dealership should be able to...

I have the same mismatched information. email/backdoor. I verified with my dealer that my date changed. (he independently told me the new date)... The dealer's system matched the email. The backdoor link appears to be wrong, in my case.

Wow, after reading this thread, I checked my ford account and I am also now scheduled for 1/31. No email received, though. Just my usual Off-Rodeo emails.

Your dealer has access to your priority code in their system, they can tell you this if you call them. They can also email it to you directly from their system so you have it.

Nope. I think the emails for production are overweigh for 21.
