Mine does not seem to be leaking inside the window. Water seems to fill up the lower window gasket (somehow???) and then leak out of the vent holes on the bottom seal when I lift the window

The water seems to be coming from the weatherstripping at dead center of the lower glass/ I can't see where it's getting to this weather strip.
