My blend date was 2/3 and mine is also listed on my dealer. they also have a 2/9 blend listed.

Isn’t that date on the back door added for the blend of it? There is a lot that happens before the blend. Pulling parts. Painting, etc. then we get blended and I think the date lands at that point. I’m not sure. Just speculating the reason we’re all ‘in production’ and haven’t been bumped to...

So being that all the future groups are getting bumped and no one here has. Does that mean we’re all semi built and will be the first to move on the week of the 14th? I really hope they picked the 14th because they will have chips then!

The 2/21 is more accurate. The plant is closed until the 14th. That’s why everyone is being bumped.

The backdoor link shows the build WEEK which would be 2/28 The build DATE may be 3/4 which falls in the 2/28 week of builds

Looking at other upcoming groups it seems a lot of people are being bumped 2 weeks which supports the fact that we may be week of 2/14 now, first down the line when they reopen. Hopefully they have the chips so we can get shipped right out!!!

That makes sense. I am from week 1/31 and none of us saw any movement. My theory is the 1/31ers will be moved to week 2/14 and the 2/7 week will go to 2/21 and so on.

I’ll agree there. I called yesterday late afternoon and the lady didn’t even know the plant was closed.

In the past they slowed production or shut down. only one other time did they have a similar situation with thousands of built broncos stored on a lot. That was when the bad top caught them by surprise. that’s why I think this was a surprise and not a know issue. I can’t imagine ford wants to...

Possible. It makes sense to me. For the last month theyve been building broncos and people have been getting good EDD. Then out of the blue all of these dates change to 3 months out. To me that affirms they had chips and we’re rolling and discovered they were bad which created a domino effect...

What wheels and tires specs on that 4 door?

My understanding as that they did not expect it this time around. From what I understand they actually have the chips and discovered during QC the chips were bad.
