I’m also interested, but I have a 2 door squatch. Not sure I’m clear on heights from this. Mine is a base, so it’s nose down after bumper and armor upgrades, and pretty squat overall when loaded for camping. I look forward to the video (and which charts to go by).
Got the same email. Will drop the card, as I only had it to get points to use at the dealer. Great way to boost your point total without buying a car. FordPass seems a lot less interesting now.
Search the forums, as there are write ups on the process. It fits with modifications. Specifically, I had to cut off two sections of frame with a reciprocating saw. Not fun, but I got it done. 2023 Base. Not sure if anything has changed.
What is the factory OEM airbag config? I replaced a plastic bumper with a takeoff modular. What would I ask the dealer for? Can I do it in FORSCAN? And what about the rear…
Nicely done. I did something similar with rotopaks. I’ll post about it soon, as I think it’s a good option for 2 doors.
My solution to puddles is one of those expandable sinks from Amazon.

Question for installation. I have Diode Dynamic lights in my modular bumper (fog, combo and driving). I’ve currently got the backlight hooked up to an aux switch. I’m thinking while I’ve pulled the headlights I could rewire the backlights into the parking lights to free up that switch...
As I’ve stated, it all works fine without programming. I’ve had mine in for an airbag issue that was fixed with a couple hours of warranty work. It wasn’t an issue then, but who knows with a bigger issue or different dealer. I’ve also installed a Naviks unit and front camera, so there’s a lot...
I’m curious about what people that don’t care about privacy think of data brokers selling driving data to insurance companies? I doubt the details were in the user agreement everyone accepts. Kinda surreptitious if you ask me. All this stuff has a boiling the frog element.
When might dna...
It does toss an error code, but no dash lights. You can see the code in Forscan, but can’t clear it. That takes a $600 Ford Diagnostic tool. Hasn’t been worth the cost. I’ve had it into the dealer for warranty work and they’ve yet to say anything about it. 🤞🏻
Not true. I’ve never programmed and it works fine. I had to crank down the fuse box again. It tightens up and feels like it’s seated, but you have to keep going and it “pops” in. Then it’s loose and you crank down finally. I’d check that.
I Plasti-dipped black. Lasted about a year, but got pretty knocked up off-roading. Just powder coated for $40 a ring. Hope It lasts longer.
And definitely watch that notch!
I did not do the programming. I do throw an error in the Body Control Module (BCM), which I can see in Forscan, but can’t clear. I’m not sure whether it’s the switch or fuse box, but assume the latter. I’ve had my Bronco in to the dealer for warranty work, and they never said anything...
I used this one, along with the Naviks unit.

I had bought the stock camera mount, which I used after some Dremel surgery and spacer. I still need to extend it a bit.
It’s quite a process, requiring the entire dash to be disassembled. Not for the...
I have a Basesquatch where I’ve added steel front/rear bumpers and steel skid plates. It settled a bit, especially in front. Would BL/BD squash springs help? They are different part numbers for these trims, so assume stiffer for heavier stock weight. I don’t want to spend the money if...
Just got an email with pricing and web links for 2 and 4 door! Says it will be available soon! Shows $728 for either size (might be a placeholder). That’s a very reasonable price.
Hopefully, we’ll see a prerelease notification and maybe pricing here. I just want the first shot at ordering...
