Once you have a rail car number, which they (marketing, chat, dealer) have once your bronco is loaded, it is up to you to track. Marketing will only see the load and once it reaches Blue Island IL- after that, they don’t see anything, other than in transit and a rail car. Chat- same. Dealer...

Dealership and zone rep are pretty much the ones who can have rail yard and convoy do their thing. They can pick up a phone, I know, what, a phone? Call the Railyard, ask for your bronco to be placed and also speak to convoy about delivery. Don’t let them fool you thst they don’t have the rail...

Agree 100% Lots of factors involved, but Ford could do better on this area, as tech and adoption of new technologies is a very important experience to us as owners!

Also think about bandwidth and servers. They have to roll it out based on many factors.. plus the ability for you to connect needs to be available too.. who know the reasoning. They pulled it for a long while from the F150 owners..

Also- Looks like you may be using VMWare/Parallels, or similar, to run windows on a Mac- This could be part of the issue.. not sure, but a thought…

FYI, Saturday night until Sunday morning FDRS was seemingly down and confirmed to be. MUST be Non Dealer, and MUST be authenticated through an account you associated with Motorcraft first, adding it to Ford SSO.

Mongoose for FDRS? That’s the ONLY interface adapter for FDRS that truly seems to not have issues. The VX Nano cable has shown to [sometimes] be problematic.

This is the APIM update through Ford. I used FDRS for the full screen CarPlay and Forscsn to activate the unreal theme. The update will be available for OTA, but I didn’t want yo wait, as based on the size, I do not know how long it will take to finally download and run.
