I just watched several videos not Broncos but they did replace the inner one . needs a special tool that im sure amazon or harbor freight will have. So the rack is probably ok. Maybe if ford just makes bigger rack rods only then it would be a simple fix.
Mine was day 2 night but they put me as day 3. I got a vin last month ,with a build date Dec 6th. 2 door Base Velocity Blue Sasquatch package 2.3 10 speed .
could be I was day 3 they probably will send it out to all 2021 reservation. Its advertisement for them, that's why its thick they want you to fly it on a pole on the Bronco. Its 2ft x 3ft
I would think ford would warranty it only because the Broncos are just coming out. That way if they see issues that may need redesigned. Need real people to drive and beat up stuff. I believe just like I see on YouTube Jeeps go to 37in and stuff wears out quicker and can break.

So did Ford ever announce who is making the hard tops? I thought they fired Webasto because of their screw ups. Even Now the pics of the new one is crooked lines. I though Ford said molded in color . To me that means it's a solid piece of plastic. But it's not it layered the way I see it . Am I...
It looks to me no testing, Like 4 wheel parts put hours into there testing beating it up till they came out with what they have now.
Just a picture that doesn't show their arm and the comment looks good to me. Webb site not showing before or after. All 4 door pics all 37 tires. you would think...
