Haven't gotten the Ford tune although I did pick up the Panda Module and plugs setup. It didn't do as much as I thought it would. I also have the Pedal Commander in addition to the Panda. I use the Pedal commander daily. I love that I can change it to sport with two taps on the button. Then two...
Jeff - I actually have had a couple stealth boxes and was very impressed with them. I do like having my 12" sub as shown above but the stealth boxes put out a lot of bass. I'm not sure they could touch the output you are currently receiving with your HO box since the HO has more airspace to work...
I have the Tuffy security closure in my 4 door. I use the RollinJack and it works fine. The support arms are adjustable, I cut off the bottom of each support arm by about 2 inches each. I still have at least one hole to raise it in addition to the crank arm. I can try to get a pic for you. It...
It is the Tuffy. Works very well though. I run with top and doors off a lot and this gives me great peace of mind with it being a locking cover. Only complaint is you can't pass anything through it with the seats down such as wood. I believe there is one on the forum somewhere that I saw was...
Currently a JL Audio XD 600/1v2 (mounted under driver seat). It's powering a JL HO112 W6V3. Hits really well. But would consider the stealthbox as I've had them in other vehicles and nothing hits as well for what they are building.
Hands down, Pedal Commander (https://pedalcommander.com/). Love the throttle response. About to purchase a second one for another vehicle I just picked up.
3 area 4WP locations in KC area have been run through the ringer here. One location at a very high traffic location just up and closed 6 months ago. The other two locations were sold off about 3-4 weeks ago and have already undergone a name change - Toys for Trucks??? Has some relationship with...
It really depends on personal preference. Are you wanting just more volume or wanting a little bump? Will you be running with the top off quite a bit? If wanting more volume, then add the amp. If running with the top off alot then even a sub will not give you the bump. If want a little bass...
I checked out both the powered and the HO and ultimately went with the HO due to availability of air space in the box for the sub. The powered one didn't have a much air space and ultimately couldn't hit a hard. It's more about preference as I listen to mine at high volumes most of the time and...
Speaker level output will provide the signal to the sub as well. Use the front output as the rear is capped in freq range. The existing sub also is capped at a max volume of 19. Using the speaker output allows you to push past the 19 limit.
Running a JL Audio HO box with JL Audio XD600 and...
JL Audio 600/1v2 and JL Audio HO112-W6v3 sub. Depending on how much bass you want. Hits very hard with top on. Sounds really good with top off but lose some of the SPL due to sound wave dispersion.
The B&O sounds good just not a lot of low end. I've upgraded the sub to a JL 12 HO box and sounds incredible with the top on. But like any open air vehicle, the sound disperses immensely and even the 12 can't compensate for that much air volume when the top is off.
Plenty of highs from...
