Unless they are willing to sell it at close to the 2022 model year price or below, you are better off with a 23 or 24. Minimal differences between all 3 years besides price and issues with first-round Braptors off the line. Almost all new 23s can be found for under MSRP, and I have watched used...
If you had PP then 100% you did. I used those above facts in my negotiations for my late model 23 to reduce the price significantly on my PP 23 as well.
Unless you had PP from the 73k starting price in January of 2023, you're looking at a marginal difference in price between a late 23 and a new 24. With Lux now standard, it's only a 250-500 dollar price increase but comes with body-matched painted fenders. Throw on a code orange package and it...
Nice! My BB SAS is the same color as yours, with a basket and extension like yours too. I double-upped new years eve with two does, was ready to drop a 3rd but the field dress and drag I knew I had convinced me to switch the safety back on. With a couple of ratchet straps I stuffed both of them...
Did you read the thread? It's not an argument at this point, it's a fact. Corporate lawyers at Ford said it was binding, and the dealership was at fault. It makes a big difference when a government official sends a letter to Ford HQ over a private citizen. The dealership paid thousands over the...
Dealerships were flooded with MY23 Broncos in December after the UAW strike ended. My local dealership received 18 stock orders in the second week of December. It's location and situation dependent. If they already have multiple Broncos on their lot, I would offer under MSRP. If not, I would...
I would argue that depending on the State's consumer protection laws, the DORA and described sales agreement with the dealership is binding before the car arrives.

Picked mine up Saturday, a little back story:
Called the dealership on Thursday and received confirmation it was delivered. They were putting it through their PDI process and could have it ready on Friday. On Thursday I also received my VIN for my Ranger Raptor with a scheduled build date of...
Yea, there was a random who created an account and posted asking for tips on how to flip his 90-ishk MSRP Braptor on like 3 threads. I have seen multiple selling for under msrp now, the late model 23s are crap value compared to the new 24s.
Mine came in 12/14/23, worked final pricing on 12/15/23, going to pick up tomorrow! Dealership was awesome and receptive to my feedback, granted all my financial requests. Total is going to be about 11k below the current MSRP.
Heller Ford has a 2022 with around 4k miles for under MSRP.

At least they are advertising it that way. I called about their new ones the other day; I was assured they are being sold at MSRP.
MSRP is the new normal. Under is a good deal. A representative from Serra Ford in Rochester Hills was advertising 1k under on Facebook, but their website says otherwise. In January I would expect most leftover 23s to be under MSRP because of the 24s rolling out with upgrades and minimal cost...
Depends on how you view them. They come standard with LUX now and painted fenders. If you take my current build (Built 11/23) with:
Beadlock Capable rims
keyless entry
lux
And compare it with a new 24 with the "code orange" package:
lux
Beadlock Capable rims w/ code orange rings

Purchase agreements mean something.
The Utah Department of Commerce opened litigation against dealerships that ignored signed purchase agreements. The dealerships settled every single time.
Wyatt Johnson Ford is well known for their shitty tactics on Soldiers from Fort Campbell and have been...
Depends on the dealership. They will pay for the vehicle based on the scheduling date, which is annotated on the bottom of the window sticker. If they honor the rebate upfront, it means they might lose money up front as the cost might be below the invoice. Some dealerships are willing to accept...
For the price protection, you need to have a signed DORA that your dealership submitted on your behalf. Did you get an email and position with Ford.com? A lot of dealerships were taking customer orders and just submitting them as stock when they got an allocation.

It's not the same price...
I don't think you understand my statement. His DORA, if signed when his B6G signature block says it was ordered, will provide a rebate for the difference. The vehicle will be billed to the dealership based on the scheduled date on the window sticker, and they will have to pay the invoice for the...
You might be surprised. They are selling for MSRP at a lot of locations. Is it in SOCAL?

These are the last or near last 23s, and the 24s have only a $250 dollar price increase with upgrades. I think dealerships are going to have a hard time selling them.
