You don’t need the basket if you have the bag. I measured the bottom of the bag and had a piece of cheap plywood cut at Home Depot, then cut it in half. I put each half on the bottom of the bag to make a stiff floor and strapped the bag to cross/sidebars. The plywood kept the bag flat...

I used one of these driving 12 hours in rainy conditions. Kept everything dry.

The hands free in the Bronco is the worst i’ve ever used. On the highway it is useless - person I’m speaking to can’t hear me. The interior is too loud and microphone placement is too far from the driver/passenger. Not much you can do with a removable top though.

Why Euro and 5w40 instead of 5w30?
