One thing is clear, Ford should've waited until next year to release the Bronco properly after this lackluster roll-out. They essentially weren't ready for manufacturing.
This is more about profit than anything. Of course Ford can get the doors to pass crash testing by adding more rigidity in the door, but the margins won't allow it.
Leave it to the aftermarket to solve another shortcoming by Ford.
