Everyone has their own journey. If this was my Bronco Iād rattle can it and move on. IMPOā¦itās just not worth the time and hassle of dealing with the local Ford dealer. Itās not like thatās a weight bearing weld, itās just the outer wing right?
The marina at Hite has been closed for many years, so no gas from the south via the Road to Hite trail
The closest ālast gasā if you enter via the Hans Flat Ranger station is Hanksville or Green River.
From Hanksville to the Doll House and back is approximately 200 miles.
Not sure about your...
Deleted the third brake light so I could snug the spare up against the TOR tailgate reinforcement.
Then added some Mabett rear window hinge chase lights. These were very inexpensive and the difference between the running brightness and brakes is minimal, but better than nothing. Iād happily pay...
Reservations opened this morning for this fall in the Maze. I was able to book two days at Dollhouse #2. Iām stoked.
This will be my second attempt talking my Bronco to the Dollhouse. I made it out there several years ago, but we made a hard choice to leave my truck behind at the Ranger...
That tarp is a direct knock off of SJKās Roadhouse Tarp I developed years ago. However my current favorite is Keltyās Highroads tarp. (This is what I do for work)
I must admit, Iām digging this. Nice work. I recently deleted the 3rd brake light so the tire could be pushed all the way in and snugged up against the TOR tire carrier. Not sure I have enough clearance to consider this but itās a great idea.
Here is a wicked old thread that includes a few...
Thanks for all the chatter, I appreciate everyoneās comments.
rear seat belts: yes the pic from above is the correct part for the rear seats. I purchased two rear seat belt assemblies and hulk smashed that little part out, then simply plugged it in to defeat the rear seats belt alarm.
front is...
This would only be for occasional trips, maybe once or twice a year.
I have a ADGU rear drawer system. My idea is pretty simple, replace the passenger seat with a cooler. I have a drawer system and this may work out to create a sleeping platform. It would be tight, but could be fun. Rough...
Has anyone deleted their front passenger seat?
Iām specifically interested in learning if anyone has figured out how to defeat the dash warning.
My Bronco is a 2D Badlands. I have an idea that is hinged on the occasional removal of the front passenger seat.
I removed my rear seats long ago...
Looks like @broox is not a frequent visitor to the forums these days. Must be out enjoying life!
So my question B6G is this: Has anyone removed their front passenger seat (2Door) and found a way to defeat the dash warning?
I have already defeated the rear seatbelt warning as my rear seats are...
Iām contemplating something similar, but on a temporary ātrip by trip basisā. Only pulling the front seat out once or twice a year. Any feedback on your 2Dās behavior since removing the seat? Iām guessing that youāve simply been ignoring the errors?
My 23ā Badlands / sas 2Door throws this error about once a quarter. Iāve asked my local Ford dealer to look at it several times but they just brush me off and say they ācanāt reproduce the errorā. Iāve even shown them pics and videos of the warning.
My situation is 100% always the same. It...
