We have at least one member reporting that they were told they cannot change trim/series. Just within that specific trim/series. Wish this were clearer / spelled out!
I have previously owned 2, that should count for something, right?

So Ford customer care rep said you cannot change the dealership on their end. This is a change from the MACH-E process. The rep further stated that this is because the "price" should be locked in (options and all that notwithstanding) so they don't want a lot of games with dealer...
As an update, the dealer I am switching to told me to call to do this as it's written out somewhere for them. So here we are, waiting on hold with the 800 number. Lots of other customers talking to their agents it seems!
