SW-Sidewall. I work for Continental Tire! So sometimes I shorten my lingo!
You are correct tho. The puncture was through the tread package! So I def need to correct that!
Y’all are going to get your fill of trails in CO. I went last year. Rode with the Gen1 group who went out on there own. Omgoodness was it fun and the most beautiful.
So I’m guessing the tread pattern is also perfect for picking up pea sized gravel to the larger nickel sized? I ran Toyo Open County MTs on my wrangler. Never issue with those. So I’m guessing the more AT treads will sling the gravel. That’s something to keep in mind I tire shop.
I’ll be completely honest with you. I love this vehicle so much but gosh dang is the F to E ratio all over the place. In IL not sure gas, the low elevation, or what but I’m lucky it’s at 300. I’ve noticed it does stop super early and I can stuff almost three more gallons in it. I’ve got to where...
So far great. I rotate all 5. Every other oil change. I def say spring tho. They will be done. Pretty sure that’s what we call a 211 rubber in that tire. It’s life can be pretty short.
Totally feel what you mean. I really hope maybe Ford will look into narrowing or widening the tread pattern. Bc other than the rock throwing they are an excellent C rated tire. Even for some nice light off-roading. Or in my case. Super scenic soft roading.
I was not kind to it! I was out in UT for ten days or so. All backcountry trails. Washboards, small ditch and creek crossings. My biggest thing is we camped I needed to get on and out of the rear. I had to unload everything every night the pack it up every morning. That’s my biggest deal...
I finally decided on a rear bumper. End of August I’ll be headed to FL to get it.
As of right now plan for next year. I’d like to go to both the TN and WI bronco super cells. Then event in FL in July with the FL6G bronco group. Then in November I’m going to catch SEMA and do Valley of Fire...
