It's "normal". I have a 2022, my original top had that and my brand new two week old top has that. I suspect it is left open for drainage of some sort, whether it be from rain or moisture from any other source.

That is nutty, that sounds like something is not latched down correctly or like you are straight up missing some seals. Sorry if I missed it, but did you say you have had a dealer look at this? Are you out of warrant y already?
