  1. Rooftop tent that replaces the panels?

I don't think this has been discussed in it's own thread. I've seen a few members speculate that the black Bronco with the funky top could possibly be hiding a roof top tent. How cool would it be if it were fully integrated into the Bronco and could clamp in where the removable roof panels go -...
  2. Legal and illegal Bronco modifications

I've seen a lot of talk about the legality of beadlock wheels on here lately. Fell into a google hole on the subject. Found a cool site that talks about the legality of vehicle modifications by state. If any of you are interested what you can legally do to your Bronco in your state check it...
  3. 4.46:1, 35/37 tires, and 2.7? Or get the Sasquatch for the 4.70 gears?

Now that we have an idea of that the Sasquatch may cost on the BL, I'm trying to figure out if it is worth the cost. Not sure yet if I will do 35s or 37s. With the Sasquatch a $2500 upgrade I am thinking I might be better off not getting it and putting that money towards the wheels/tires I would...
  4. Is the new Bronco a "classless" vehicle?

And no, I don't mean that it has no class! :ROFLMAO: One thing I love about my Jeep is that it doesn't tell anyone anything about you other than you probably have a somewhat adventurous spirit. You could be rich, poor, or anywhere in-between. But you know there is a good chance that you will...
  5. Any kayakers here?

We love to get out on the water in our kayak. It's nothing fancy. Just a two person sit on top that I found on Craigslist years ago for $400. We use it to go to the sandbars and mangrove tunnels for the most part.
  6. Big Bend - the park

Continuing the theme.... Here are some pics and vids from a trip to Big Bend National Park.
  7. Badlands - the park

Kind of a useless thread, but here it is anyway. Just posting some pictures of Badlands National Park from a road trip last summer. I had no idea at the time that I would be getting a Badlands Bronco! Cool to see the namesake. We didn't hit any trails since we weren't in the Jeep on that trip.
  8. Break-in period?

Can I jump in and drive it 1500 miles at a more or less constant highway speed? Or should it be broken in first at varying speeds locally?
  9. Will they change the name of Jeepin' with Judd?

    :ROFLMAO: Suggestions? Buckin' with Judd?
  10. So who thinks 2 door Bronco sales will be a bigger percentage than 2 door Wrangler sales?

The two door Bronco looks so much better than a two door Wrangler that I would bet it gets a bigger percentage of Bronco sales. I am getting a four door Bronco cause I need the space but I very seriously considered a two door. It never even crossed my mind with my Wrangler.
  11. What do all of us future Bronco owners do for a living?

The thread about how old everyone is got me thinking. I'm curious what new Bronco buyers do for a living. I'll start - I own a rum distillery. Used to own www.corvetteforum.com. Was in software prior to that.
  12. Way to lock the doors when stored in back?

One of the things I love about the Bronco vs my Wrangler is everything about the doors! Mirrors stay on the truck. Frameless. Lighter weight. And storing them in the back! I can leave them on to go to a trail further from home and toss them in the back when I arrive. My question is if anyone...
  13. Dealer markup?

Is Ford doing anything to limit dealer markup? I have contacted my dealership and asked about additional markup above MSRP. They replied that they don't have pricing info yet. Not the most encouraging answer. If my dealer can't guarantee MSRP is it possible to switch dealers? Can reservations...
