About two hours closer than to me than Granger. Decisions, decisions. My local dealer committed to X plan but this might still save a few hundred. I know, pinching pennies on a 40K - 50K vehicle.
About a week after the launch my youngest showed his mom a picture of the new Bronco. She then asked why I hadn't reserved one. I reserved a 4 door BD and then started looking for info, which led to an article, that of course referenced bronco6g. So glad I found this great resource.
I just moved from the Watertown area. Bronco should be a great year round vehicle for the north country. I'll be 61 by the time my 4 door BD is delivered. Looking at mid, 2.7 & auto. Antimatter or carbonized gray.
I'd love something like in my 12 year old Honda Element. The seats come out easily leaving a flat deck. The cargo space is amazing in a vehicle roughly the same overall dimensions of the 2 door Bronco.
With the number of members who have reserved with Granger I can see multiple people a day picking up Broncos. Everyone will be checking out the other rides going "I knew I should have ordered XX model or whatever package". lol
I reserved around 1 a.m. on the 20th. Phone from the sales rep around 9 a.m. followed by an email. He was prompt in answering questions about xplan etc. Also received an email from the sales manager. Haven't bought from them before and feeling positive so far.
This is what I am looking at also. Had to sell my Ramcharger over 20 years ago to make some house payments. Been wanting another offroad vehicle since. Once I add 2.7L, auto, mid and hardtop I'll probably be so close to a Wildtrak that I will upgrade and give up the marine vinyl and rubber...
I use Backcountry Navigator on my Galaxy S9. I'm off road almost daily and it works fine with no cell coverage (which is most of the places I go). Cost is $30/year for the top package of maps. Extremely easy to use.
I have a 2008 Element. The interior space is massive for its size. The overall dimensions are similar to the 2 door Bronco but the rear seats and cargo area look smaller on the Bronco. I also wonder why Ford couldn't have matched the rear seats on the Element that remove easily.
