I put my driving lights in the holes for the bull bar. If you don't have anything to put there, it comes with plugs.

The winch is on sale right now for under 400...bumper weighs the same as the modular one (including winch plate...just over 80 pounds)...

For the price I think it is the one to beat...warranty, 13k capacity, innovative engagement mechanism, synthetic line...and sans control unit and power/negative cables mine weighed in at just over 40 pounds (not the 28kg listed in the manual for the package weight).
