Dealers with more reservations got more allocations, though. No dealer got enough allocations to cover all of their orders, but most dealers got about the same ratio of allocations to reservations.
My dealer has over 100 allocated Broncos.
This feels like hail marry from dealers who are hard up for cash due to lack of inventory.
How does taking the order for stock with no customer deposit differ from you having an order in with no deposit?
A dealer acting like they won’t be able to sell your order (with ADM) if you choose not to...
I switched about a month ago. I like the option to add a hard top later with the prep kit. If I do buy a hard top later, it will be after the soft top wears out. And it most certainly will not be purchased from or through Ford.
It’s triple or nothing for me.
joking aside, it would have to be all cash. No one is going to finance that.
For about the same price, you could buy two Rubicons and completely trash one just for fun.
Really appreciate you sharing. This is the best detail pic I’ve seen of OEM side steps to date, and they look pretty good! I’m considering using Ford Point to do the same, but haven’t seen them in person. Willing to post more close up and side view pics?
(Repost to correct janky formatting.)
Put the money in your pocket instead of the dealers. It your option to buy. Don’t feel bad about making money on a high demand commodity you were able to get before others.
I suspect you can get a bigger premium on a 2 dr vs 4 dr because it seems there are fewer 2 doors being built (100% hard...
Nice looking rig! Very similar build, here. I’ve been trying to confirm… does the base soft top have tinted windows? It looks like it does from your pics. If so, any guess what VLT percent?
That AZ sun with no humidity makes Rapid Red look very different!
I would not have guessed that was Rapid Red based on all the pics posted here and having seen one in person (not in Arizona).
goes to show you really have to see some of these colors in person to know what you’re getting.
Base is the only trim without tint, but I was hoping the tops would all be tinted since they’re coming from a third party vendor. I have a soft top ordered. If those windows aren’t tinted, that’s going to be a bigger challenge to address than your MIC top.
Looking forward to seeing what wheels...
@Ricky_gibbs was the hard top glass tinted at all from the factory or did you have to tint that, too? Wondering if every trim essentially gets the same MIC top or if there’s different glass specifically for the base top.
EDIT: also following for the wheel info (I’ve got a base order, too...
I’m interested in buying a set of 5 Black Diamond wheel/tire/sensors exactly as they come from the factory.
I’m in Charlotte, but willing to drive a bit to make a pick up. I travel as far as Andrews (west) and Raleigh (east) somewhat regularly.
Perhaps some of the 2% should consider having more appreciation for the other 98% that allow the Bronco to be a viable business venture rather than trying to make a fellow Bronco owner feel inferior. Without the 98%, there is no 2%.
A non-SAS base still has 4x4 and decent ground clearance on...
Appreciate the pic share. Wheel upgrade immediately makes the base look better. I have never heard of hub rings. What exactly is their purpose, and are they necessary or nice-to-have?
