There should be no wind noise with these mirrors. I would suggest to check that all the tiny clips that are around the mirror frame are snapped in snugly. If one is lifted it could possibly cause a whistle sound. Please let us know what you find.

We don't see a wiring diagram we can reference for the Raptor but the black wire will be ground then you may need to meter the other 2 wires to see which gets 12v power with brake. The good news is if you connect to the wrong wire it will not hurt anything if you connect it incorrectly.
Its not hard PLUS you get to make plenty of setting adjustments that are well worth the time it takes to learn (turn off double honk, unlock sport mode, etc) :cool:
