Cause the manual is already paired with the 2.3 and it would cost a lot of time and money to engineer, build, produce, etc. Something that has potential to have a very small take rate (being that it is manual).
It would be nice though
Ford, we get it.
Dealerships mean more to you then the people who buy and drive your vehicles. Stop reminding us already!!!
Maybe my early reservation will mean something in 2023.
Call ford and see if this is true. Cause to me it sounds like your dealer wants to keep your FE and make some extra money, or they already got rid of your FE and are trying to cover it up.
I believe you can add "the tow package" afterwards. The guys at TFL seemed to be able to add a hitch and wiring to their first edition. Unless there is some secret thing to the package that I don't know about.
The nudge bar and bronco lettering on the side are a must for me. Why Ford doesn't give you bronco script on the side is beyond my comprehensive level.
Hopefully the price protection actually does what it should and we should be able to "upgrade" to what we were originally promised for no extra charge. I am in the same boat.
Good video. A little disappointed to hear the ground clearance was a bit of a henderance, but not enough to change my build. Maybe a slight lift and 33's down the line 🤷
I think the modular bumper looks better. Fog lights are cool though. The capable bumper looks bulkier, if it is I wonder what it does to approach, vehicle weight, etc. SPECS!
