I’m 6’6” and it’s even a big step up for me. My wife thought our kids will suffer brain damage trying to get in and out so I installed the step sliders from Rock Slide engineering on my WildTrak. They’re expensive but do the trick and look awesome.

From my experience, you will not receive any rail info. You have to call Ford Customer Support and they'll give you initials and a tracker number. Once you have that, you can call the rail carrier and get updates. Here is the link to the process and I've copied some of the important details...
No. I pulled the tow package, lux package, side steps and modular bumper to get it built. Not sure that was completely necessary but at least it saved me a few bucks. Well, that was until I started buying accessories. Can't wait to get it home and start modifying. More pics to come.
