Dude, that's hilarious. 20 years ago one of my friends was going to U of A....I used to fly out to visit him and party. He had a friend at ASU, so we'd make the drive to Phoenix. We would hang out at this bar...I think it was called "The Library." lol. I used to always check the rankings in...
How'd you like it at ASU? I just graduated from U of A....although I'm old and returned to school after 20 years. Gold pinstripes will look cool on that color red. I'm leaning towards this color as well.
I may lease for the fact this is the 1st year for the new Bronco and it'll be under warranty the whole time. I will not be doing any major off-roading either to void it. Also, I'm planning to go with a 2 door to keep costs down while I change careers. I'm intrigued by the Bronco truck which...
Haha. Good call, I would definitely get a Granger Ford tattoo for another 1k off. If they throw in a free Sasquatch package, I'll get it on my forehead.
I've been so torn about this manual dilemma, mainly because I prefer the look and usefulness of the 4 door over the 2 door. A base 4 door manual is what I wished Ford would offer....I can't afford BB or higher just to get stick. I've been with my wife 21 years now and at least 1 of our 2 cars...
That's a good way to go about it. I've had way too many white, silver, and black cars throughout the years. The Mazda 3 and
CX-5 I have now are dark blue...so AMB is out. CG and OW look great and were on the table, but now I'm not sure. Haha. I've been looking at Red or VB. The only thing...
My wife gets nervous around any new car purchases. In my 20s, I was obsessed with modding cars and blew a lot of money. I can't blame her for being worried about new purchases. However, her favorite vehicle she owned was a 1990 Chevy Blazer. Since the Blazer back then resembled the Bronco...
If I go 2 door base, do you guys think Ford would sell the wheels and tires that are being offered on the higher end models? Like, would I, for an upcharge, be able to opt for the 33" tire and wheel package being offered as part of the Badlands, but get them on the base? I'm just looking at...
Nice! Even though it was a superstition, I've always heard about green cars being unlucky. I think it started in the early 1900s. Haha. I'm not superstitious, but don't see quite as many green cars being offered over the last 2 or so decades.
My color is green...wished Ford would offer some shade of it. Of the remaining ones, nothing really stands out to me, except the possible blue arriving later (getting a base). Basic colors like OW and CG might be nice... especially if I want to add vinyl for accents.
Unfortunately, I don't make the kind of money to afford a $50-60k vehicle. However, I couldn't justify spending that much if I could afford it. I'm likely gonna get what I initially reserved...2 door base with 7sp. I have no desire to rock climb, etc. I see driving with family to the beach...
A big factor in my 2 vs 4 door dilemma is the cost. I could technically make the 4 door work financially, but it's still what like $4500+ more than the base 2 door. Like others have said in this post, it would be great to keep it under $30k.
It would've been a no brainer for me if Ford...
Definitely good points as well. It's such a tough call. We have a Mazda CX-5 for family duty. However, I would definitely want to use the Bronco for trips, etc.
