Well I know all they can do is see the information that's in the system so maybe the root of the question would be how accurate is the information they get.

How accurate do you think the information you get from Ford marketing is?

Ya I am still waiting for a sticker, my build date is 9/16 and estimated delivery is the first week of October. Hopefully it will come up next Monday.

Ok looks like I do have a build date of September 16th and an estimated delivery date of October 8th but only time will tell.
