the bitch of it is, if you take your approach to every part or accessory of the Bronco, you no longer have a $40k vehicle. Somebody somewhere is going to say "my widget is cheap, I can't believe they didn't put a nicer widget in my $40k Bronco".
For people with concerns, like you, there is...
What are you unable to see with the camera?
The mirrors have "blind spot views", I can see just fine though the 8" screen and the visibility is clear enough to provide the intended service.
I guess I don't know what people think they should be seeing that they cannot.
I guess I never noticed it enough to think about it. I put the car in reverse, the camera pops on and I can see behind me. It has been 100% functional. 🤷
I haven't noticed a problem. I use my mirrors to backup, and the camera to verify no children or people are behind me. I am probably more old school though.
I applaud the OPs creativity and industriousness.
Reading this thread, and the other two, people have expectations out of whack with reality, and with such varying perspectives. If this were plotted on a scatogram, the dots would be everywhere.
I do hope ADV sells a shit ton of these, but...
This. The dealership seems to be acting in good faith, working to find the vehicle. I'm not sure how the forum is going to help Scooby Doo this mystery, but it will get people riled up on a Sunday night.
Don't really know. she was a rescue pup who we adopted when she was 9 weeks old. They said she was part Beagle, part Labrador. She is about 30ish pounds, smart and athletic. Fun dog to travel with, hike, beach fun, paddle board etc. She loves riding shotgun. lol.
This. From the accident photos I have seen, the bars have functioned as intended.
I don't know the counter factual (if they are removed) nor have I seen comparisons.
I don't understand the issue, they are looking into it for you. If you bought concert tickets, and your work schedule changed, you wouldn't be able to cancel. Same with many airline or other events. This is, essentially, a free event.
The Off-Rodeo is a lot of fun, so maybe you can switch dates.
You assume prices are elastic and will snap back to prepandemic "normal", making these high prices seem foolish.
I don't know that I agree with your base assumption. Will labor prices go down? cost of production? cost of supply chain? etc. Maybe, some, but not others.
We need to accept...

I have used ground tenets for decades. arhat said, what is driver behind the movement towards, or incorporation of, roof top units like the RTT or More expensive GFC?
thanks!
