That is an amazing amount of time to wait. I have only been waiting a year for my Heritage but I'm not sure dealer size makes a big difference. I ordered mine from Galpin Motors in Southern California and Galpin says it is the largest Ford dealer in the country. Good luck to all of us that...

It's nice that Ford is comming out with new varients but would be great if they could build the ones that have on order, just saying

My advise is to go directly to Ford Corporate Customer Care and lodge your concern. Keep escalating until you get the right answer. It might be fight but just consider it a challenge and see what happens. Speaking from experience. Good Luck
