What I am saying is since they will push out as many soft tops as possible, they are going to run into a shortage by the time they get to the hard tops. This chip issue will go well into March and if Ford could they would only build superduty’s, f-150’s, and transits.

Ford needs to set aside chips for every hardtop bronco that will be built in ‘21. I already know once the hard tops are ready, they will continue to push back builds because they don’t have enough chips.

The reason priority orders are a thing are so some customers who have been loyal to their dealership for a long time can get treated to a hard to get vehicle early on. If you bought 5 new cars a year from your dealer you would want some special treatment on a brand new vehicle too.

Why are people freaking out about this? This is completely normal for how these Bronco’s are driven considering they just get bashed 24/7. Unless you are only driving your Bronco on some of the roughest trails in the country, you’ll be okay.

All Ford start/stop switches are all the same in how they work, they are just placed differently and have different sizes. To make it work all you have to do is splice in the little harness and add in your switch that way the second you start the car, it immediately tells the car you’ve pushed...

I feel a majority of the people who get ‘21 would be upset if they offered black onyx for every trim level considering a lot of people compromised for the atrocious interior colors Ford’s currently offering. So I’m guessing it’ll just be for the heritage models.

I know of a lot of dealerships that did that and I t amazes me how some people on this forum can’t grasp that. While it is frustrating I do understand why because all dealerships have been struggling with inventory since last March.

It’s really a shame black onyx isn’t an option for every trim. Only reason I got badlands over the wildtrak is because the interior colors on the wildtrak are hideous.
