The tracker is finicky at best. Sometimes just closing the tab and reopening fixes the issues.

It will fit. You either have not installed the black mounting bracket in the cargo area or your roll bar brackets are backwards. Mine is a June 2021 build that is likely older than your FE. If you can, take pictures of what is not lining up.

I’d walk and ask to speak to General Manager. If the ADM still holds, order again somewhere else. What dealership is this so that it can be very publicly shamed?

I added tow onto my scheduled order yesterday. As of now, it shows that it worked on the tracker.
