I did post this in another thread of the B&P but it applies here to: FARLEY please listen...
I have to image that Ford spent more time getting all the products that you can add to your Bronco on line in the B&P as opposed to the different seating options since they wanted you to get an idea...
I agree, when other colors are released in year 2-3-4-5 like commando green, sunshine yellow, baby puke brown (whatever) the original colors will be dated, hence black, white and grey are a little more timeless. Not that I do not like them, but just not for me. Also re-sale would be easier...
Great pics, Thanks!!!!
Two things stood out to me still:
1. It still looks like the winch package is still right in the way of the front grill camera. I wonder what the 360 camera looks like on the screens with the winch in the way... I am hoping to upgrade to an after market front bumper that...
Reserved a WHITE Wildtrak... now no matching hardtop, horrible horrible 2 interior options. I’m getting WHITE, why in the world would I want to bring in sandstone or any brown color into the seating forget having the area 51 accent colors as the ONLY option everywhere including the seats.
I have...
With our reservation number and time stamp will we even get a place in line for 2022? I would assume that if we cannot order the options we want from the B&P now that tags these options as delayed delivery until 2022, then our reservation is toast? I am still trying to get my hands wrapped...
I reserved a Wildtrak and was thinking white but why in the world would they dictate that all of the trim stitching and accent colors are area 51 and both seat option have sandstone brownish colors with no other choice, White stitching and trim options would have been great or even everything...
Now I may be even more confused and question whether the rearview mirrors and fenders and the rest of the body panels will be the same color as MIC top the only available top with the initial release of Wildtrak? Assuming if we hold out for the matching top it will definitely push it into 2022...
These are going to definitely come out looking Frankenstein. Can’t imagine non-matching trim all over the place and then paying to correct it later… First time second guessing the bronco purchase. What good is it having top of the line trim that doesn’t even match.
I reserved a 2021 Wildtrak. If these follow the same sales / resale as the original raptor, the resale value may even be greater than the MSRP purchase in 24 months. I could see most dealers adding 5 or 10+ grand ADM on 2021 broncos if you have no reservation, just like the raptor did on...
Yup, the 2005 white marine grade vinyl on my Matercraft X9 still looks new... I do clean and condition it every season but as above, only had some sticking degrade on the drivers seat.
Not only is today's vinyl not like 10-20-30+ years ago, today's manufacturing process and quality control makes every inch the same reducing the chance to blemishes, splitting and falling apart. The new boats that have marine vinyl lasts 20 years and still look great. With leather, you have...
Since I reserved a Wildtrak in white, I am thinking the white/grey interior (MGV) would look sweet (and understand it may NOT be an option!!!)? Anyone know what colors are available int he leather vs vinyl? Love the large twine baseball glove stitching in the seats, back lathe would be OK but...
Hardtops OK, would like to see one painted to match body. REALLY want to see the inside and out of the soft top... Also would like to hear the plastic windows are going last longer and not smoke out when folded/creased. Would be nice if the windows all zipped in and out too.
The newer vehicles are filled with basically electronically linked parts, I would imagine, trying to replace anything as major as a front end would require you to know and be able to update the firmware of the chips in order to get any of the GOAT modes to even work or recognize new parts.
Wife loves it, already planning 2-3 summer trips if we get it in time to run washboard roads at 70 mph!!!! Otherwise sitting at home with the Q7 and X5...
