I though about doing it but I’m having a hard time figuring out where to stash stuff. I have plenty of places in my f150, like I keep my body armor behind the rear seats.
So looking for some of the dealers and ford insiders on here to confirm or deny something. My dealer today said he was informed bronco production would be starting the end of this month with ok to buy being issued in April and may beginning deliveries. I suspect he may be going on old outdated info
That’s not entirely true. I’ve only encountered it once but at a dealership I used to work at, a guy had his mustang in for a problem and I’m not sure why but Ford send someone out to look at the car and the guy said I can overlook the c.a.i, the suspension mods, even the tune, but because the...
Have you checked the d-plan site. The base bronco is $273 over msrp with d plan. The badlands is only $1352 under msrp and the wildtrack is only 1729 under.
Can’t confirm as I don’t work for Ford. Just work in a dealer but I had heard that it’s being now as a 2022 model and the tremor would be released this year instead of the raptor. Also fordauthority.com did a story about the upcoming raptor that said it will have 2 engine options. The 3.5 power...
From my own personal experience as an f150 owner, I had my door latches freeze and the door swing open on a turn when I first got mine in 2015. Since that day I have used my remote start every day when cold. My remote start is set to 15 mins and so far at least it seem to free up the latches...
Well it’s made by getrag, just like in the mustangs. And it’s supposedly completely different from the one in the mustangs that is currently the subject of a class action lawsuit. I’m hoping it’s a much better unit and has none of the shift issues other getrag ones have had
I get the range and charge speed issue and the life issue is always a concern but at least now that parts can be replaced as they fail, in theory the life issue can be managed and extended. I have no idea though what the cost would be for that though. But the point that I failed to mention was...
As a ford technician, with all the recalls and quality issues I encounter with their vehicles, if someone rolled up a ford ventilator I would rather load 3 rounds into a revolver and take my chances with Russian roulette. I feel like I would have the same odds with a ford ventilator
I order my bronco on the 20th with the dealership owner because he doesn’t allow anyone else access to place orders and we went back in to verify everything was how I wanted it yesterday. That’s 2 interactions in 2 days and never any mention of additional money for ordering and I asked him a...
No a call because I work at my dealer but on the 20th the owner submitted my order, yesterday we went back in to verify everything was correct and today the internet sale/ bronco salesperson comes up to me with another copy of my order to review and then she says oh and I need $900 for the...
That’s exactly what my dealer did, even though I can transfer to a different dealer, I really can’t because I work there. The owner said some line that it takes 24 hrs to fully populate in the system and tomorrow we are gonna sit down and reconfigure it the way I want it
Update- the owner came...
F150 money? I just configured a badlands bronco that cost more than and xlt f150 and only 4 grand less that a lariet f150 I configured. Also the bronco is 20k more than my 2015 f150. So we’re already into “f150 money”
I was originally going with the outer banks but after building the thing over and over this weekend I’m going with badlands. The reason is the seats. Someone might like those seat options but I do not.
Just read a report on FordAuthority.com that ford flat said no heritage bronco in 2021 and also Ford would not commit to its existence as a 22my or beyond. The article was published at 8am today
