  1. Mabett 6.5" Rear Speaker Pods Available Now!

Hey, I did the exact same install as you. B&O, Kicker 6.5" CS's in the Mabett pods. I've been underwhelmed by their performance. Can you post your audio sliders? Maybe I'll copy yours to see if they sound better to me :) thanks!
  2. NEW HEADLIGHTS | Morimoto XB LED Headlights Announced

Great catch. Even in the video regarding the high beams, they say "the output's about the same as stock, but look at that beam pattern". Which leads me to think these aren't as much of an upgrade as one would hope, especially at the price point.
  3. NEW HEADLIGHTS | Morimoto XB LED Headlights Announced

For sure! I know you're just the messenger here.
  4. NEW HEADLIGHTS | Morimoto XB LED Headlights Announced

I can't decide if these are exciting or not. Like Denny Swift said, the lux ratings on their comparison pictures seem to be wrong. And I can't imagine they're much brighter than the XRGB's anyway. Based off the descriptions, it seems like the XB's are just a different DRL style for $600 more...
  5. Alternative to the backlit Oracle letters: Ecarzo light up Bronco letters

They look great, glad it worked out!
  6. Alternative to the backlit Oracle letters: Ecarzo light up Bronco letters

Ah, thanks for correcting me. These letters were the first time I've come across them, so I was unfamiliar.
  7. Alternative to the backlit Oracle letters: Ecarzo light up Bronco letters

Unfortunately, I don't believe so. Honestly, calling them "clips" isn't completely accurate - they're more like rivets. You hammer them down using the tool included with the kit onto the backs of the letters. But the kit does come with extras in case you mess one up. Here's a picture of the...
  8. Alternative to the backlit Oracle letters: Ecarzo light up Bronco letters

The clips are very tight when done correctly. Just make sure the light up letters are flush against your grille when you tighten them and you shouldn't have any issues.
  9. Alternative to the backlit Oracle letters: Ecarzo light up Bronco letters

I just snapped a quick pic of where my fuse tap is. To my understanding, this is #25. Middle row, 2nd from the left.
  10. Alternative to the backlit Oracle letters: Ecarzo light up Bronco letters

I went with the fuse listed in the instructions, never had an issue. Have you confirmed your lights work otherwise?
  11. Alternative to the backlit Oracle letters: Ecarzo light up Bronco letters

Sorry, to clarify: they sort of dim as the engine turns on after an auto start/stop sequence from a full stop while driving. They don't flicker at all during normal driving. Think of it like how most cars' halogen headlights flicker when the car is turned on, but they're steady once the engine...
  12. Alternative to the backlit Oracle letters: Ecarzo light up Bronco letters

I've had zero issues since I installed them. Just as bright, no dark spots. One thing worth mentioning is that they do flicker when the engine turns back on during the auto start/stop sequence.
  13. Morimoto XRGB vs. Alpharex NOVA Headlights - real world comparison w/ photos

Thanks so much for all the info and pictures! Based on the light pattern picture you posted, it seems like the Morimoto's have a more blue light color compared to the Alpharex's, would you say that's the case, or a trick of the camera used? Not the DRL's, the actual headlights.
  14. Why I'll never run a spare tire delete..

Thanks for the benefit of the doubt, but nope I'm just slow 😅
  15. Why I'll never run a spare tire delete..

.... Well shit. That's what that was for? I am not a smart person.
  16. Why I'll never run a spare tire delete..

Lol, rough estimate, using the screw jack was a PITA since I could only make a quarter turn at a time under the car.
  17. Why I'll never run a spare tire delete..

I don't disagree, I'll probably have the tire plugged.. I just appreciate the reliability of being able to just throw another wheel on instead of wondering if a patch/plug/etc is going to hold for another 10 hours straight driving at highway speeds.
  18. Why I'll never run a spare tire delete..

Well, an hour into an 11 hour road trip from Kentucky to Mississippi Thursday night, I get a low tire pressure warning. Pull into a gas station and lo and behold, there's a screw poking out of my passenger rear tire. What could've been a much more annoying situation turned into an hour's work...
  19. Installed: Diode Dynamics SS3 Fog Light Kit, with some Fun Times™

I have this picture in the parent post of the thread: Hopefully that tells the full story. I admit I don't know a lot about bolt specs, I really just eyeballed these and they worked great.
