I wouldn't have thought to ask this except for some paranoia from having the wrong wheels installed at the factory (still not resolved), and seeing some other weirdness out there like the guy who got the wrong backseats.
Everything else on my order is easily verifiable. Tow, lux, MGV, MT, etc...
I was at 42 on all 4 tires (recommend is 39). I'll drop it and see how that goes.
In general what should my expectations be? Should it feel cloud-like? Or just in the normal SUV\truck range? I'm not unhappy with it, just curious as to what its supposed to be so I can make sure to get it dialed in.
I recently took delivery of my non-squatch MT Badlands. I've never owned a Jeep or an off-road vehicle so I had no direct experience for what to expect as far as daily\pavement ride quality. Based on reviews I'd seen of people saying they go over speed bumps and washboard roads like they don't...
From talking to Granger I already know that's unlikely. They said expect weeks at a very minimum, so I may as well pick it up and drive it (if that's an option, they aren't sure yet). Also it's 6 hours away so 🤷♂️
Been (im)patiently waiting for the shipping process to run its course finally have my Bronco arrive at Granger. My blend was 9/9, I got the call today.
Shortly after I found out I'd be picking it up soon I got my photo from Ford. It was a black Badlands, but with standard wheels instead of...
Got on the pizza tracker this morning and my stomach dropped when I saw "delivered". Immediately reached out to Granger to confirm they had it on their lot, and indeed they do.
Shortly after I got the Ford email with a picture of my Bronco. Except, it had the wrong wheels. I assumed either...
Apologize I didn't read through it all... I just got the photo of my Badlands, but it doesn't have the optional gray beauty ring \ beadlock capable wheels that I ordered.
Anyone else? Do they replace the wheels after they take the photo or am I about to pick this up and have it be wrong?
Do you have the programming instructions? I've not been able to find them, and I asked my dealer (Granger) and they said it HAD to be programmed by them. If you have the instructions, I'd love to save the programming fee.
I like the more low profile look of the MRT's, but like another poster said I think I'd prefer to not risk getting my hood out of alignment. So in conclusion, undecided, but leaning redline.
Mine arrived on the 10th but wasn't unloaded until the 19th. I reached out to Yada, and they are saying delivery to Granger on the 29th . What a difference a day or two makes.
My window is 19-25, so I guess that's not going to happen.
