It’s a factory QC issue, for sure. You would think any reputable dealer would check the lugs before it went to the customer.

Very few people can even change a flat today.

This guy discusses the common issues. Ford has addressed these with design changes in the 2nd Gen 2.7. Sounds like changing the oil more frequently is prudent.
