Yep, but they were converted by Stroppe, Ford wasn't offering automatics at the time in the Bronco. What I found funny was the odometer only had 50 miles on it, must have been brand new and definitely early product placement.

As a fellow HE owner I haven't seen anything to modify our flares, not even a delete kit if that's what you're looking for. Now the fiberglass fenders that have a molded in flare will fit the HEs if you want to replace the factory fenders...

That's my understanding too, only differences I know of are the interior colors and differences in the sound deadening.
