  1. Communication being sent @ 3PM Eastern to those with build date

I got the email, clicked on the link and my badlands has been changed to In Production! Checked the window sticker tool and I have a window sticker too! Strange because I called the 800 number last week and they told me my build date was 7/14 (original build week was this week, week of 6/21)...
  2. THE my Bronco production build date has been DELAYED / MOVED BACK thread

Original build week was next week, 6/21. Received no emails. These threads convinced me to call. New build date: 7/14.
  3. After production date, when will delivery happen?

Man I think you need to start mentally preparing for a longer delay than that....
  4. Video - taking the MIC hard top off

Definitely was not in the bronco nation or motor trend videos, but those were 2-doors.
  5. Info and thoughts on delivery?

Normal. Check the email that gave you your vin, it will have a tracking link. Once your bronco goes into production, you'll see it there. Your dealer mixed up "hard tops" and "black modular hard top". If you have a VIN with the molded-in-color top, your bronco will be built this summer.
  6. Soft top vs hard top poll - which are you getting?

"Willing" and "What I'm actually ordering" are two different things. I suggest reworking the poll if this is what you want to know.
  7. "Soft Top Cloth w/ Prep Kit" Option Spotted in Ordering System as Possible Hard Top Prewire (For Retrofit Install)

But there will also be more top options, including a lot of exciting innovations from the aftermarket down the road. I'm excited for a pop up tent integrated into a hard top like some options for the wrangler. It'd be awesome to just switch tops for camping without screwing around with racks.
  8. VIDEO: First Drive in the Bronco

Video just went private while I was watching it. Seems to be gone now.
  9. What are everyones thoughts/plans on first mods?

lol reading some peoples' mod plans makes me believe this is going to happen to the Bronco too:
  10. This has become boring and depressing.

These were supposed to come out summer 2021. It's not even summer yet. I have two reservations and two VINs. Seems on track to me.
  11. Bronco Backs Up Hell's Gate!

Looks like the MIC to me.
  12. Bronco King Shocks 2.5 are available

You're right. What I meant was monotube shocks with external reservoirs will dissipate heat better than piggybacked external reservoirs.
  13. Bronco King Shocks 2.5 are available

Shock fade doesnt mean the vehicle cant go 1000 miles, but it does mean it will start to degrade under heavy usage. Finishing the NORRA1000 was an achievement, and the HOSS shocks are impressive, but lets not pretend they're the greatest for every application or couldn't be improved upon in the...
  14. Bronco King Shocks 2.5 are available

External reservoir will allow it to go harder longer without fading.
  15. My takeaway (one surprise)

Not sure I follow your logic here, as the Raptor is also a vehicle designed for off-road?
  16. My takeaway (one surprise)

Counterpoint: My first gen Tacoma is one of the narrowest modern offroaders available today (under 70") and the Bronco I sat in today felt more cramped. I will say the longer we sat in it the more we got used to it, but it was definitely alarming.
  17. My takeaway (one surprise)

i was also at the Tacoma event and agree with everything you're saying here. I have a First Edition and Badlands reservation, and the leather quality on the OBX has me seriously considering giving up the FE and going with the badlands. The MGV was much softer and premium feeling. Also agree...
